How it works:
Simply choose the value of your gift card and enter the receipents name, email and a personal message. You can enter your own email address if you would prefer to print it at home.
Once you have placed your order you (or the recipient) will receive an automatic receipt and confirmation email.
The couple receiving the gift voucher would be required to contact us at via email with their full name & redemption code (which can be found on the eGift card). We will then provide shipping & packing instructions. For best results, we request that flowers are sent within 4 days of their wedding day or they are welcome to hand-deliver the flowers to my studio in Ponteland, Newcastle Upon Tyne.
The couple are welcome to choose a design of their liking and they do not need to make a decision until their flowers are dried.
Please be aware there is a minimum spend of £150.00 and the amount gifted will go towards our services, the recipient will be required to pay the difference if there is one. The remaining balance will be invoiced to the recipient and will be due once we have dried their flowers and chosen a final design. You can view our options here.
This eGift card cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Valid for UK customers only. The recipient is responsible for arranging the safe delivery of their flowers. Full packing details will be provided when the recipient contacts us. Please note that if the recipient does not contact us within 4-5 days of their wedding date, and the flowers are no longer suitable for preserving, we are unable to offer a refund.
