FAQ’s

Learn about our process and service below

  • The first step is to make your booking on our calendar and pay a £25 deposit. This can be a date in the future or our next available date if you already have the flowers ready to preserve. We will then provide you with an order form and contract to complete.

You will arrange to drop off or post your flowers on the next business day according to our detailed postage and packaging instructions. Once your flowers arrive I will consult with you about your vision for your art, items you’d like and send a final invoice.

The whole process can take upto 6 months depending on the size of the order.

  • A £25 deposit is required to secure your wedding date which is redeemable against your final order.

Once I receive your flowers, I will send you an invoice for the full amount of the order. Please note that if the first installment is not received within the 24-hour period, I reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, any flowers associated with the order will be disposed of and the £25 deposit will be retained.

For orders under £300, full payment is due on the same day that I receive your flowers.

For orders of £300 and over, you are able to pay in two x 50% installments (less your deposit). The first payment is due on the same day that I receive your flowers, and the final payment is due 4 weeks later.

    Payment is by BACS.

  • Absolutely! You would still need to place a reservation for your bespoke order. The only difference in the process is that we do not have to dry your flowers.

  • Our minimum amount for bespoke orders is £150. Our smaller pieces are only able to fit small floral, greenery, and petals from larger floral arrangements. We highly encourage a main larger piece so that your order truly represents your beautiful bouquet.

  • You should not expect to receive mock-up designs as I prefer to work with creative freedom due to my extensive experience with different types of flowers. Without the constraints of pre-determined mock up designs, I can adapt my creations in real-time without holding up the process. I understand what works best and how they can best be arranged.
If you would like mock-up designs this can be arranged, however please note that a fee of £25 per design will be added to your final invoice.

If you have specific inspo pics, layouts etc. you can send them once your flowers are dried, I will do my best to replicate and recreate from the photos.

  • Yes they will. The only thing I recommend is to keep the resin out of constant direct sunlight and do not store them in a place with extreme heat. Heat and constant sunlight will cause the resin to yellow.

  • Unfortunately I am unable to keep any usused flowers.

  • The sooner the better! The summer months are our busiest. I recommend a minimum if 3-4 months in advance to secure a spot. We always advise to book in advance but last minute commissions are welcome, we can accept flowers up to 2 weeks old or flowers you have dried or pressed yourself.

  • No, unfortunately not all flowers dry the same. For example red flowers dry much darker than their original colour. White flowers dry more of a cream color. Lilies and orchids dry paper thin. Some flowers can have “bruising” which causes translucent spots on the petals when they are in resin. We unfortunately cannot preserve succulents. Please feel free to enquire with us if you are curious about the exact flowers you will have in your bouquet.
Additionally, we can only preserve your flowers in the condition in which we receive them. We strongly urge you to follow our packing and shipping instructions for the best results.

  • Flower Preservation is a long and very delicate process with lots of variable elements. Please allow upto 6 months from final payment to receive your order, I ask that you kindly allow for this timeframe before contacting to chase your order. This does not mean your order will take that long and I will always do my very best to get orders out to you as quickly as possible, however it is not always possible during busy periods. Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond my control this time-frame could be extended several times.

If you have ordered several items, especially several items of the same product, it’s very likely to increase the length of time the order takes. I only have a couple (sometimes one) of each mould so limited to how quickly I can make your order.

It’s very difficult to put a timescale on creating such beautiful pieces, I only get your flowers for a few months, but you will get to keep them forever.
Every piece is completely unique, and may take longer than expected, which is why I can’t give out expected completion dates. Please don’t expect to have your piece back by a specific deadline or ask for a timescale.

  • Unfortunately I am unable to ship internationally.

  • Custom items, reservations, and gift cards are all non-refundable.
